Use of the App
You may use Ghost Graffiti to discover, create, and share AR drops. You are responsible for your account, your content, and your conduct while using the app.
Safety and Real-World Use
Ghost Graffiti uses location and AR features. Stay aware of your surroundings, obey local laws, and do not enter unsafe, private, restricted, or prohibited areas to create or view content.
User Content
You keep ownership of content you create, but you grant InfiniteApps LLC a license to host, display, process, modify for technical delivery, and distribute that content in Ghost Graffiti. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, explicit, hateful, dangerous, or otherwise harmful.
Moderation
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts when needed to protect users, comply with law, enforce these terms, or operate the service. Users can report drops and comments inside the app.
Subscriptions
Ghost Graffiti may offer subscriptions through Apple in-app purchase. Apple handles billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests. Subscription features remain available while the corresponding entitlement is active.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account in the app from Settings. Account deletion is permanent and removes your profile and associated app data, subject to security, legal, and backup retention needs.
No Warranty
The app is provided as is and as available. AR, location, network, and third-party service features may be inaccurate, unavailable, delayed, or interrupted.
