Help for Ghost Graffiti account, AR, location, and subscription issues.

Common Help

Location or nearby drops are not loading

Check iOS Settings and confirm Ghost Graffiti has Location permission while using the app. Nearby drops require network access and a current device location.

Camera or AR is unavailable

Confirm Camera permission is enabled. Some AR features require a device that supports AR world tracking.

Restore purchases

Open Settings in Ghost Graffiti, choose Manage Subscription, then use Restore Purchases. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple.

Delete account

Open Settings in Ghost Graffiti and choose Delete Account. You may need to reauthenticate with Sign in with Apple before deletion can complete.
